Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Dawg Nation Boss.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

1. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your clothing item must meet the following criteria:

  • Unworn and Unwashed: The item must be in the exact same condition that you received it.

  • Original Packaging: The item must be in its original packaging with all Dawg Nation Boss tags still securely attached.

  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt, order number, or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.

Please note: Gift cards and sale/clearance items are strictly non-refundable and cannot be returned.

2. The Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email our support team at returns@dawgnation.co.za with your order number and the reason for your return.

  2. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address.

  3. Package the item securely. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We highly recommend using a trackable courier service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved:

  • Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (such as Payfast or your credit card).

  • Please allow 3–5 business days for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your bank's processing times.

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@dawgnation.co.za.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged upon arrival, or if you received the incorrect size based on our error.

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, the quickest method is to return the original item for a refund (following the process in Section 2) and make a separate purchase for the new item.

5. Defective or Damaged Goods

In accordance with South African consumer regulations, if you receive a garment with a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. Email returns@dawgnation.co.za with clear photos of the defect and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no additional shipping cost to you.
